Bariatric Program Overview
The goal is to complete the studies below prior to your 6th visit to ensure the surgery is booked in a timely manner. The process can be lengthy, but it's the best way to ensure safety and success. Once we complete the 6th visit, we can submit your surgery to insurance and work to schedule your surgery right away!
